Required training this fall as been reimagined to better support each subordinate organization. All training materials and resources for managing your PTO/PTCOs will be available via Google Classroom. As part of the training requirements, you will need to complete the Attestation for Training and acknowledge Receipt of the Handbook. If you have any questions while going through the handbook in preparation for the upcoming year, please submit them in advance within google classroom. We will address all inquiries during the mandatory Training Debrief scheduled on September 24, 2025.
An email will be sent out by the first week of school in August containing the link to the online google classroom portion of training.
Please be sure to save the following Parent's Council meeting dates for the 25-26 school year. As a reminder all PTCO's are REQUIRED to have at least 1 representative at all Parent's Council meetings. The representative does NOT have to be on your executive board but can be a parent volunteer who reports back. Please plan accordingly.

The purpose of Cherry Creek Parents' Council is to promote the exchange of ideas among parent representatives of all schools in Cherry Creek and to serve as a vehicle of communication within the District for parents, teachers, administrators, the Board of Education and the community.
Parents’ Council serves as a valuable resource to our PTO/ PTCO* communities. The schools in our district are greatly enriched by the programs that are provided by your PTO/PTCO.
*Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) and Parent Teacher Community Organization (PTCO) used interchangeably
Our Board consists of volunteers of parents and community members. At our meetings, you will hear from our Superintendent of Schools, our School Board members and guest speakers on topics of interest to our PTO/PTCO communities.
Cherry Creek Parents’ Council is a separate entity from Cherry Creek School District. We partner with Cherry Creek School District and our goal is to be a resource for PTCOs within the district, and to help school PTCOs run their non-profit organizations as effectively and smoothly as possible.
