REMINDER - Parent's Council PM General Meeting - October 12th

Good afternoon to all of the wonderful PTO/PTCO’s in CCSD! We know all of you are deep into a very busy 2022-2023 school year. Our next Parents’ Council meeting is Wednesday, October 12th at 6:30 p.m. at the Fremont Building 14603 E. Fremont Avenue. We will have light refreshments and social time from 6:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. and start the meeting at 6:30 p.m. Our topics this month are Community Engagement and a Documents Workshop. A hybrid option will be available for the first part of the meeting. Links will be sent out next week. We will not be able to offer a hybrid option for the interactive documents portion.

For our Documents Workshop, we will be offering various tables where you can bring your laptop and your questions to get your documents completed. Make sure you have your passwords for your taxes and Secretary of State if you have questions in those areas. You can also submit your dues payments at this time. We will be able to tell you what is missing and offer guidance to get your documents completed for the year. Our PC President, Breezy will also be available to answer short Ask Me Anything questions. A friendly reminder that your 2022-23 budget, year end statement for 2021-22, and the annual fiscal review are due by October 15th. Please submit your budget once it has been approved by your community. The year end statement can be a P&L or bank statement from June 30, 2022. A sample annual review form can be found on our website at Templates. Please modify the questions to align with your financial policies. Documents should be submitted electronically to documents@ccparentscouncil.org upon completion.
