Urgent: PTO/PTCO Insurance Update!
Good Morning and Happy Weekend PTO/PTCO's!
We have a very important announcement for you regarding insurance. We have been working diligently with District as well as other sources to help you with the required PTO/PTCO insurance. We are excited to bring you this opportunity that was many, many months in the making/coordinating, and we urgently need you to fill out the application online. The deadline is June 18th. WE apologize for the urgent notice, but as we said, this was a long, laborious process.
The attached letter and checklist breaks down the insurance costs and the cost breakdown for the next three years in which you will be partially subsidized by the district on a sliding scale from 100% to 2/3 to 1/3. We are also attaching a checklist to make this process easier.
We are looking out for your best interest and I know this is a lot to take in at one time. Please bring me any questions you may have. We will schedule a Parents' Council zoom meeting in the next few weeks to directly answer your questions.
