We Need Your Help!

Greetings Cherry Creek PTCO Board Members,

We hope you are having a great start to the new year!

We need your help with two items:

1. First, the Cherry Creek Schools Foundation Gala is March 5th and they need your assistance. We are hoping each PTO/PTCO can bring a gift basket to the February 12th meeting. If you are unable to attend, contact Parents' Council President, MJ Jobe, and she will make arrangements to pick up the basket. We do not want PTO/PTCO funds to be used for the entire basket but they can supplement. Creating a SignUp Genius for the basket is an easy way to involve many people within your school to share efforts and costs. Please know this is voluntary, but that Cherry Creek Schools Foundation's mission is an important one: Impacting ALL of our students. Investing in innovation in the classrooms. Providing opportunities for EVERY student to achieve to the best of his or her abilities.

Basket deadline is Feb. 19th. If you are able to provide a basket, please provide a list of contents and the basket's estimated value. If you are not able to provide a basket, a gift card valued at $25 would be greatly appreciated. Please contact MJ Jobe at with any questions and to coordinate basket/gift card drop-off.

2. Second, in March we are going to focus on fundraising utilizing the best resources we have - each other. Please complete the following survey and we will share the answers at the March meeting. There are also some important questions we need answered regarding our attempt to obtain insurance.
